Shipping policy

Within Ireland

All items are sent with AnPost and are tracked. We provide Free shipping for orders over €50. We understand that the prompt delivery of your order is very important to you.
Orders that are received before 2 pm (Irish time) are dispatched on the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Orders received after 2 pm will be dispatched on the next working day, unless otherwise stated on the website. 
Please expect the following delivery times for your order to reach you:
 within Ireland: 1 to 2 days, outside Ireland: 5 to 10 days
. If you have not received your parcel within this time, please check with your local sorting office to see if they are holding the parcel for you. Should they not have your parcel, please contact us on +353 (0)86 1724814, Mon-Fri 9:30 am-5 pm GMT.

International

For international orders, shipping costs shown on your order do not include any duties, taxes or other import fees assessed by governments outside Ireland. These costs may vary and are your responsibility as they are not within the control of 6XTY Skincare. Please note that the value of your order(s) will be listed on the outside of your package for customs purposes, and no reimbursement for customs fees or taxes will be provided. The recipient is responsible for covering all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges. Refused packages will not be eligible for a refund.

Should 6XTY Skincare be delayed or prevented from carrying out its obligations under the contract, by an Act of God, riot, strike, lockouts, trade disputes, fire, flood, labour disputes, political issues or any circumstances whatsoever outside of 6XTY’s control, then we shall not be liable to customers for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect that may thereby be suffered by customers.
