Refund policy

Damages

All goods will leave our manufacturing base in excellent condition. However if during transit, damage occurs, please contact us within 48 hours and send photos of the damage to hello@6xtyskincare.ie. Upon proof of damage, we will send replacement goods. We can only replace damaged goods with the same product and not a different product to the one damaged.

Returns

If you receive goods that are in excellent condition but for some reason decide you no longer want the goods, please return within 7 days. Goods must be in original packaging, be unused and undamaged. Returns for this reason are at your own cost. Please state the reason for your return in your correspondence. Once we have received the goods, we will give you a refund. Please note, the cost of shipping the original item can not be refunded.
